Dear bloggers,
Why I choose Ija Little Samurai?
Well, first of all, I being working with a Japanese's company, Hitachi for 20years. It was more than a school compare to workplace. Why? I being brought-up by a medium level Malay family, schooled in Malay primary and secondary school. Later I studied Engineering in UTM and pursued my first degree in Tri-State University, USA. I did my Master Science (part time) in UKM Bangi while working in Hitachi. My first job was as an Engineer in Hitachi Consumer Products (M) Sdn. Bhd in Bandar Baru Bangi. It was in 1988. I was developed by a Japanese superior who taught me with a Japanese work ethics and culture. I was despatched many times to Japan to learn a new technology and transfer it to Malaysia. Being trained and worked with Japanese peoples made me becomes one of them. However I still keep my traditional Malay culture in my daily lifes.
My lifes being easily devided into 3 traits or attitudes. When comes to work's matter I will act like a Japanese, such as never give-up, work hard, focus, sincerity, teamwork and quality first. When comes to discussion or meeting time, I will be like American, too out-spoken, throw a lot of ideas, made a visions, open minded, make alot of fun and sharing jokes. For a personal matter, of course I will opted to be a Malay, known to be polite, always smiling, have a good heart and perform a religion obligation.
For 20years in Hitachi, I enjoyed my "top" lifes, mixed with west and east spices blend into my Asian's body which I cherished and took it as a God's best present to me. And now, I left Hitachi already and build-up my own business. From now onwards, I will share and inspire as many as I can, Malaysian young generations to be the BEST by hiring them into my company. This is a time for me to "contribute" to Malaysia (eventhough little) with a spirit of Samurai to make this country among the BEST placeto live. InsyaAllah....(with God's willing)
